We saw a large decrease in sales activity where December sales were down 49% compared to 2021. Over the course of the year, 2077 properties were sold in Barrie. There\u2019s lots of opportunities for Buyers right now but don\u2019t forget that seller\u2019s are still getting top dollar for their properties.
